Adult Education
(Sunday School)
Ministry Leader:
Kurt Sowa (646.9817)
Vision.
Our vision is to educate
adults in the Word of God and to apply the Scriptures to our everyday lives.
Goal.
Our goal is to reach out to
more adults within the congregation and educate them about the Word of God.
Belief.
The world today can be a
confusing, frustrating, and intimidating place. To feel secure in such
an environment requires that we get to know God and learn to discern truth
from fiction. Spending time in the Word of God and studying the examples
provided by Scripture helps us to know God, His character, His truth, and His
love. It is our belief that as people gain a better understanding of the
Bible, as Christians, they’ll be better equipped to deal with the day-to-day
issues confronting them.
When.
Sunday mornings, 9:00 AM –
9:50 AM
Where.
Leis Hall
For more information on the
Sunday school program, please contact Kurt Sowa via email at
ksowa@deckers.com, or call 646.9817.
